New to Sentara Wavenet? If you haven’t set up your employee account yet, reach out to your department manager or HR representative. They’ll guide you through the registration process and help you activate your account so you can start using Wavenet.

If you are a current employee of Sentara or one of our member hospitals, follow these steps to log in;

Go to the Sentara Wavenet Login Website: Open your preferred web browser and open the Sentara Wavenet Login page.

Enter Your Sentara Username: In the username field, type your Sentara network username or employee ID exactly as provided by HR or your department.

Enter Your Password: Type in the password linked to your Sentara Wavenet account. Make sure you’re using the correct capitalization and symbols.

Click “Logon”: After entering your credentials, select the sign-in option to securely log in to your Sentara Wavenet dashboard, where you can view work schedules, access benefits information, and check internal updates.
